Setting the tone with Neil Cervin NZCS CSC

The NZCS welcomes one its accredited members and Leo Award Winner, Neil Cervin NZCS CSC at the Department of Post on July 13, 2022. The production 'One of Us Is Lying' brings the Vancouver based cinematographer to his native shores for an event in Tāmaki Makaurau.

Cervin shares his experience of production dynamics, onset ethics and how to get the best out of your team. With treasured insights to existing preventative frameworks for cross-national productions, he will discuss the advantages of unions and the HR Department.

Further, the conversation in the evening will look at safeguarding physical and mental health of crew members in relation to navigating politics from the perspective of a cinematographer.

Refreshments and nibbles provided from 6:00 PM, with the presentation kicking off promptly at 7:00 PM.
