  Student at a recognised film course at the time of filming the entry.
• 02. Socials – $60.00
  Created specifically for social media. For the new generation of content creators working with low budgets
• 03. Music videos – $80.00
  Music or concert item for a single track or song
• 04. Short films – $80.00
  Short stand-alone scripted productions of less than 20 mins duration.
• 05. News and current affairs – $80.00
  Topical news or current affairs stories or segments broadcast on regular television news, current affairs programs, or released through other outlets
• 06. Magazine, lifestyle and reality – $80.00
  Light entertainment human-interest productions or segments.
• 07. Corporate and educational – $80.00
  Productions specifically shot for a corporate or educational market. Includes infomercials which may appear similar to commercials but are longer than 120 seconds
• 08. Documentaries and factual series – $80.00
  Productions usually dealing with people or wildlife in relation to their community or environment. Entries may include feature documentaries, or an episode from a documentary series.
• 09. Commercials – $100.00
  Maximum duration 120 seconds. Includes all distribution channels including online.
• 10: Technology and Innovation – $100.00
  Recognises digital tools, virtual production, image generation, or other non-traditional techniques.
• 11. Specialised and second unit – $100.00
  Second unit sequences, or specialised like ultrahigh speed, miniatures, underwater, wildlife, time lapse, and aerial photography.
• 12. New Zealand drama and drama series – $120.00
  A standalone New Zealand drama production, dramatised documentary, comedy, or one episode from a series.
• 13. International drama and drama series – $140.00
  A stand-alone international drama production, dramatised documentary, comedy, or episode from a series.
• 14. Feature films - Budget up to $10m – $120.00
  Feature films that have been released theatrically
• 15: Feature films - Budget $10m and over – $140.00
  Films that have been released theatrically.
